Wow. I truly love what I do. Everyday, I get to help people find new jobs, improve their career and better their lives. It’s personally rewarding. In addition, I love learning about other businesses and helping them find the individuals they need to succeed and grow. 

Working with people is not new to me. Prior to starting this office in 2004, I managed the operations of major radio stations in Detroit and Orlando for 15 years. While I was starting my broadcast career on the air at COOL 105.9 in Orlando as “YBF” or “Young Bill Fries,”  I studied Communications and Marketing at the University of Central Florida, worked full-time for Walt Disney World and performed live on stage in a comedy troupe.  As you can tell, I’m not a big believer in sleep. 

I’m honored to be working with Nicole, Shaun, Natacha, Ashley and the entire Tampa team.  We are blessed to have the opportunity to work with some of Tampa’s best companies and the people who make them successful. Nicole Palmieri , Director of Recruitment

I truly enjoy this industry!  I love placing people in new positions and watching them grow.  I also enjoy watching business change and develop throughout the years.

I joined the ATS team in 1998 as the Staffing Supervisor for our healthcare division in Jacksonville.   In 2000, I was promoted to Branch Manager of Staffing and led the team which launched a new office in Jacksonville. I have 10 years of recruiting and staffing experience in a variety of fields including healthcare, light industrial, legal, accounting and clerical.   My strengths are excellent customer service and placements, staffing for large volume accounts, creative recruiting, finding quality candidates and employee retention.  Prior to ATS, I worked for Interim Staffing (now Spherion) in Jacksonville as a client service supervisor. Prior to the recruiting and staffing industry, I worked in the rental car industry and for a family-owned marketing company in Houston, Texas.

My son is my pride and joy and look forward to watching him grow. He will soon be entering college life! Oh, boy!

Shaun Androff, Account Manager

This is by far the most interesting and exciting career I have ever had in my life. Helping companies find the right person for their company culture is a challenging and rewarding job. I have met so many great people and companies in the Tampa area since being with ATS Staffing.

I am originally from Bloomington, Minnesota and have lived in Tampa for several years with my wife Lori. I am entering another year here at ATS as account manager. Last year was fantastic and it is hard to believe how fast the year went by. It is a pleasure to help so many HR professionals with their recruiting needs.

Natacha Malave, Senior Recruiting Specialist

My name is Natacha Malave and I am a New York native who relocated to Tampa Bay in 2006. My career includes working for some of the premium staffing agencies on Wall Street for over 10 years.

Throughout my 10 years I have gained professional experience recruiting in the Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Sales arenas for both temporary staffing and direct hire positions. Recruiting is my passion and it is my pleasure to meet great candidates who have career goals and aspirations.

In a collaborative effort I work daily with candidates and clients to better understand their individual needs and to align them to benefit both in their skill sets and future plans.
