In the temporary-to-hire option, the candidate starts on ATS’ payroll. Benefits include:
- You have 520 working hours to evaluate candidate before making them a permanent employee.
- Save time and money by letting ATS pre-screen and interview candidates.
- ATS Staffing assumes liability for all costs associated with recruiting, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, unemployment and employee benefits.
- Fee is billed hourly and only for hours worked by the candidate.
Temporary Solution
In the temporary option, the candidate works on ATS’ payroll for any length of time. Most companies use this option for:
